  1. I just read an interesting article on Inman News today. Too often, we find ourselves asked to provide “taxi/travel agent” service to our home buyers. Better we:
•Buy two cans of paint: one yellow, one black.
•Paint a wide yellow stripe down each side of your car.
•In big letters with black paint, stencil “FREE TAXI.”
    •Buy a chauffeur’s cap
Each of us needs to qualify our “customers” and “clients” the old 80/20 rule still applies. 20% of our effort will produce 80% of our results if we qualify our clients and concentrate our time and resources in this market, we can be confident of productive results.
